It was a budget friendly hotel, fairly clean inside. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants in town.

Outside stairs, elevator, and hallways were not that clean.

Great price

It has some modern touches, but more detailed attention to the facilities could be made. Torn office chair, rust around the door frame, missing chain lock on entry door, scratches on wooden bathroom fixtures, unappealing window package, almost empty toilet paper roll, first floor window view into an unappealing space behind the building.

Close to beach, lots of restaurants to chose from in close proximity

Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom could use a little tlc (tub was stained, hole in shower wall under valve to turn on water), Rotten fruit left in fridge.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The surrounding establishments included fast foods, restaurants, retail stores, grocery stores and many other. We didn't have to travel more than 5-10 minutes to get to those areas.

When we arrived to our room, it smelled like smoke and it gave us quite a headache. Also, since it's located on a busy street the traffic is quite loud throughout the day.
