Good location, very pretty and well kept on the outside, lots of parking, has a kid’s park in the middle, lots of beautiful plants

Room wasnt super clean. There was someone else’s leftovers in the microwave, there were bugs (expected), small fixes that would make the room feel nicer were not done

Location was nice, the play area even though it's run down still provided fun for our kids. We needed a clean, safe place to sleep and thats what was provided. The room was very clean however, just in need of updating.

The beds weren't comfortable and really needed updating along with rough sheets. The window in the bathroom didn't lock so made me a little uneasy but thankfully we were on the second floor. The TV barely got service so that was a bummer for the kids at night after a long day hiking.

It was in a great location and the style of the facilities were decently decorated

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Upon arrival, it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned, as we found potato chips under the bed left by previous guests. Furthermore, the shower drain was badly clogged. The service we received was equally frustrating. Our room lacked an ice bucket; when we asked the front desk for help, the staff was dismissive and unknowledgeable, simply telling us to "keep looking" despite our thorough search. This forced us to carry our heavy cooler to the front of the building just to get ice. Additionally, our simple request for extra towels and pillows was ignored. I eventually had to walk back to the office to repeat the request and ultimately had to flag down a housekeeper in the hallway to get the items myself. The tv had no connection at all to any services the screen kept showing a black screen with a bouncing font stating no connection. I also notified the front office and they didn’t help at all. I had to troubleshoot and connected the box to the TV I had to reset all the settings. Only after that I was successful and we had TV working in our room.

La localisation de l'hôtel est un bon point, le parc est accessible en moins de 10 minutes. Il y a une piscine à disposition, Bien que nous ne l'ayons pas utilisée.

Le prix, beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de l'hôtel, que ça soit au niveau de la propreté de la chambre (cheveux et poils sur le lit, le sol de la salle de bain, serviettes tachées, fenêtres sales et pleines de toiles d'araignées), ou encore le bruit. Le rapport qualité/ prix est catastrophique, la localisation proche du parc ne devrait pas justifier un prix aussi élevé. Malheureusement nous aurions du payer un peu plus cher pour profiter d'une bien meilleure expérience. De plus, nous avions lu des commentaires mentionnant des puces de lit, nous étions donc craintifs d'en retrouver dans notre chambre. Nous ne conseillerons pas cet hôtel à des proches qui viendraient visiter le parc, et nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel qui n'est clairement pas à la hauteur du prix, et donc de la prestation qu'on pourrait attendre en payant près de 150 dollars par nuit.

Was not clean in between beds/windowsills/walls/floors. Beds need to be replaced all together. Noise from upstairs tenants was unacceptable. Asking for lobby coffee to be made in the morning was a chore. No breakfast is served here. The internet is beyond slow-I wouldn’t recommend anyone that needs to work or catch up with a school assignment to expect wonders. The location made the whole booking, it was in a beautiful and convenient spot to town. They need some serious updates and cleanliness established.
