"So awful"

The room smelled terrible and the duvet had stains and holes that looked like cigarette burns. I was so uncomfortable sleeping here. My friend's side of the bed was actually broken and the edge of the bed was collapsing. The window was also broken and wouldn't open. There was light shining into the room through large cracks around the door. You could hear other guests stomping around in other rooms and there was a really loud noise every time guests next door flushed the toilet, which woke me up at night even when I slept with headphones on. Never ever would I stay here again.

The women at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Our room was fairly clean. The floors were not clean at all. The room above us played loud music all night long and talked and was awake all night. Almost like they were running a business out of their room…

The room smelled so strong of clorox bleach that you couldn't breathe. The window sills were filthy, under the microwave hadn't been cleaned in Lord knows how long, when I sat on the bed it slide back and there was dog hair everywhere and there was dog food and dog hair under the refridgerator.
