bed's were comfy staff was really nice

Nice comfortable stay no issues. Will book again.

I thought the hotel room was nice and clean and comfortable but I thought it was pricey for just the bed as no breakfast included. The only nearby food was a Toby Carvery or a KFC.

IMPORTANT- As a single female traveller I did not feel safe and secure in this hotel, there are no security locks or codes on the door through from reception to the rest of the hotel therefore anyone could enter from the (very public outdoor space.) The rooms to the doors are opened with a key and cannot be double locked on the inside, there is a chain on the door on the inside but anyone could push that through. Because of these issues I didn’t sleep. Very tired/dated decor and security. Certainly not worth the £100 I paid for the night. Staff were very friendly but I only spoke to 2 of them very briefly on the arrival and departure.

Reception deserted on arrival . Bathroom awful

Place is very tired and in a poor state of repair. Overall cleanliness poor, stained carpets, bedside tables damages. Mattress made a noise with every movement and headboard was damaged.

Clean and staff very friendly stayed here for grand national. Very basic hotel and very expensive due to the race day

Good services close by.
