Hampton Inn Key West FL

It was all great. We have stayed here many times and always come back except during peak season as we cannot afford the rates during that time.

As many times as we have stayed here, there ought to be a rate plan for repeat customers who stay longer visits and come often. Further, I have written books on the Keys and this is the only hotel I recommend in those books.

Pool, breakfast options

Room was noisy. You literally could hear everything the upstairs neighbor did from moving objects to every footstep. It was so frustrating. Woke us multiple times throughout the day. Complained but nothing happened.

Came in a quick get away with the kiddos… the facility is very much a Hampton in. Functional, not glam. The beach area is lovely. But what made it memorable were the employees. Erta at the front desk is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about ur questions. Nicole at the pool bar is fantastic… makes amazing drinks, she is extremely knowledgeable about local wildlife and even took the time to point out jellyfish near by. Every staff member was kind. We would definitely come back.

The attendant at the front desk was horrible and told me that my reservation had been canceled because my payment method did not clear. I showed her the conformation and the check in that I did before starting my drive on 6/5/26 from Fort Pierce to Key West. I asked if she could help me find another hotel since I had no place to sleep tonight. The attendant said she could not help me I was on my own. I took a screen shot of the text that showed her that I was checked in room 159. The text told me I would receive a digital key in the app when my room was ready. I have a phone number and no one called me to tell me my reservation was being canceled. I had been told that all I had to do is show the attendant a valid credit card to place the charges on that card. I will no longer do business with the Hilton Honors people for this reason.
