I'm currently in this hotel for a week, on Day 2. $2900 for a week. On business. And there is construction ALL DAY so loud that my entire room is vibrating. I have complained to the front desk and they act like they didn't know this was happening and have offered no solutions. None of this was disclosed at the time of booking nor was it disclosed at any point before the construction started Monday morning. It's not worth the cost savings to stay here. Go stay at Limelight and have a nice stay in a properly run hotel.

The location was absolutely beautiful, quiet & felt remote from town. It was easy to get to town, great location and walking distance to Main St, walking paths & River Run. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! The gentleman who checked us in gave us floor options to choose from. When we went to the 1st room on the 1st floor, we decided we wanted a little better view so we asked for the 2nd floor. He accommodated our request, we didn't feel like we were bothering him & he was genuine in wanting to make us welcome & happy. He even offered to help with our luggage. Can't remember the last time a hotel was so accommodating. Additionally when we asked for another night stay in the same room, another hotel staff, a woman, went to extra efforts to make make our request simple to stay another night without moving rooms. Lastly we asked for a late check from the 1st gentleman & he actually gave us time options to choose from. Excellent customer service we have not experienced in a LONG time & we travel often. The breakfast was fabulous! Many options, good quality food and the staff manging the eating area worked tirelessly refilling food & drinks. They kept the bar & tables very clean. again we were very impressed with the breakfast which we & our family thoroughly enjoyed especially playing at a tournament in town which was so helpful.

The rooms & bathrooms were a little smaller than most hotels we stay in but the location, staff & atmosphere over shadowed these minor details

Good location, free breakfast was also good. Very nice helpful staff. I recommend this hotel for everybody.

I picked a mountain view room and the put us on the 3rd floor with a view of the ski lift. It was beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and big. The breakfast was great.

We play ping pong in the game room that was fun but the air hockey table was horrible. The pucks are are so beat up and so it the table.
