Very tired property breakfast ok rooms need upgrading

The front desk staff was very thoughtful and responsive to any issues that arose. Vasili at the front desk was outstanding. Room was basic but filled our needs. Location was great for getting around town - tram station for 3 lines was just a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

the concierge was great they gave me good directions to places i needed to go and got me taxis which arrived on time and were precooked beforehand. the beds were very comfortable and the location was superb and the rooms were spotless. i recommend this hotel for all of the reasons above.

This is a nice simple hotel near the National Theatret train station and the Royal Palace. The rooms are clean, but a bit spartan. The bed was comfortable. There was a desk, but no drawers in which to unpack. It was OK for one person, but two people would be very cramped. There was a stand for only one suitcase. The hotel seemed full. The breakfast (included) was excellent. I was there 3 nights. The staff were very nice.

Breakfast very good, but other things was bad, no slippers, no tea in the rooms. It's two stars hotel

unhelpful staff. Asked for a wake up to catch our flight .He said he could not guarantee it as he "might be too busy" . explained we need it he said he couldn't guarantee it. He did not call . Room was not done by 3pm,when we returned briefly to change , the lady came in and we asked could she come bak in 20 minutes She said no.Terrible attirute . Never again. Radisson down the road much much better , same price.

Nice hotel near to train and everything for travelers is there

Nice central location and great breakfast. The rooms are dated and a bit worn. Have stayed hehe several times over the past 5 years and will find a different hotel on the next visit.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly ans courteous.

The hotel is very central. It's not far from the Cathedral or the promenade. There are many restaurants around and also the metro stop!
