Elizabeth on reception went above and beyond. Such a lovely lady nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was really good value Good location

The budget room was very small. Other room was a good size

Ikke en ting

Fikk beskjed i resepsjonen, etter vi hadde reist i fler timer. At vi hadde blitt flyttet til Lillestrøm! Ett sted vi ikke hadde mulighet til å dra, fordi det var for sent. Fikk også beskjed at vi ikke fikk tilbake pengene eller at de ikke engang kunne se etter ett annet alternativt hotell for oss. Vi måtte da finne ett nytt hotell sent fredag til lørdag som var veldig vanskelig, dersom det ikke bare er de som har streik i Oslo. Vi måtte betale fler tusen igjen for ett nytt hotell. Veldig dårlig både av booking og av dette hotellet.
