We had no hot water to shower on morning we checked out, called the desk and they apologized, but room also had holes and cracks in wall

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in ever. It had blood on the wall and it didn't even look like the sheets were clean. And there were little bebes all over the floor, dead flies in the window sill. I would never stay here again.
