Beliggenheten er bra. Gratis parkering.

Bestilte på app. Veldig dyrt, men hadde ikke valg, måtte ha sted å sove for natten. Da jeg sjekket inn fikk jeg beskjed om at det ikke var inkludert frokost, men at jeg måtte betale tillegg isåfall. Det er forsåvidt greit det, men dette burde opplyses bedre i appen. Med de prisene burde det vært inkludert. Da jeg nevnte det så lo de bare i resepsjonen og sa at jeg måtte jo skjønne at det koster å overnatte. Jeg har rundt 100 netter i året på hotell, servicen her var skuffende. Hell hotell har alltid vært mitt foretrukne hotell i Stjørdal, men nå får jeg finne andre alternativer. Sitter også med et inntrykk av at bestiller man via booking, så får man dårligere service enn om man bestiller direkte på hotellets hjemmeside.
