Comfy firm bed and clean.

Many things in our room needed to b thrown away- rust lamps, holes in the bedspread- wood torn off doors- made it look cheap and trashy- won’t stay there again

Nice place

This place is really pretty gross. Toilet wouldn’t flush, TV wouldn’t turn on, shower sprayed everywhere. The towels were paper thin, as if they were stolen from the YMCA locker room. Minimal outlets were overloaded with plugs from the lamps and appliances. The continental breakfast was ridiculous, a couple containers of dry cereal and a fridge with pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches to be microwaved.

I did not like anything about this property. It wasn't clean, the lamps in the room even had rust on them, I found a dirty rag on the desk of my room when I entered, someone's hair was on the pillow, the sheets and pillowcases had dirty marks on them, the room smelled terrible, the toilet did not work, lobby area was dingy and smelled bad, I would never recommend this location to anyone. Honestly I'm not even sure how they stay in business.

My 3-day reservation was made in error on the incorrect dates. The error was caught on Day 1, but Days Inn was unwilling to cancel / modify even Days 2 &3. As such, I paid for a 3-day reservation when I wasn't even in the same state. Unfortunate policy given Days Inn could have re-rented the room to someone else.

We had originally reserved 7/31st to 11 if Aug our apartment was not ready had to extend. When doing this the app I used changed dates causing double booking, I went to front desk immediately showed the Owner what had happened she acknowledged it, but in no way would help, with refunding or allowing me to give the room to a couple who needed it, she stated only 1 person could stay because it was under my name so I was one of the 2 people and you have to give 7 day cancellation before they would refund, Next situation needed to get room for my daughter, go to front desk the receptionist was helping us when our comes the other OWNER, YELLING about NO Visitors not 1 or twice but 5 times, then bothered to ask his receptionist what we needed, it was CRAZY I wouldn't have believed it if it didn't happen to me, We had to ride it out there because even though it CLEARLY STATES, you can cancel, You CANNOT CANCEL at DAYS INN-KU WITHOUT 7 DAYS NOTICE no matter what you think your signing in the apps that they agree to work with & make money off of as well as the people of rent to BEWARE PLEASE

Pick somewhere else.

Need to offer a better quality coffee product.

Had to rebook 3 rooms. The first 2 rooms had red stains on the sheets, black stains on the comforter all over. Also the AC unit was either extremely dirty or possibly had mold. TV in the 3rd room booked was holding on for dear life by 1 screw and about to fall. No coffee maker in the 3rd room as listed as an amenity. Front desk said they could not supply one for the room. Booked through Expedia initially. Was told that the property would not issue a refund for the booking after the 2nd room was also a disaster. Settled on the 3rd room without the coffee maker and the tv falling off the wall
