"Disappointing we had good experience the prior two years"

Breakfast was minimal Biscuits were hard French toast good

I booked online . They told me I should have booked thru them and then they scheduled us for the wrong week . Two of the desk clerks were very nice , one was condescending . There was so much noise in the room above us both nights we couldn’t sleep . After reporting it I was told they were checking out but the noise still continued the second night . No phones in rooms and rooms not cleaned every day . If we stay there again it will only be because of a reunion .

Staff was very accommodating, breakfast was excellent. Easy to locate.

The rooms are a little on the small side, also would have like another pillow and blanket in the room. Only downfall size of room.
