Front best was nice both of our beds was dirty lady changed bedding for us it smelled like smoke definitely not like it was when I stayed there plenty of times you to love it was gross dry blood on door and stains are on the furniture. Rug was all ripped up didn’t look like it been vacuumed mold and the bathroom on the ceiling in a big cake. Pile of dust toilet wasn’t flushed when I walked in the front lady changed our sheets. Didn’t even offer a different room or anything not very impressed. I used to love going there. I always thought it was clean and nice room, but apparently not anymore. Absolutely gross in the hot tub is still broken. Understandable about that. also, I took photos too.

The reason we booked the stay there was to enjoy the spa. When we got there the steam room and hot tub weren't working at all. All I'm all the hotel is getting old, our room was clean just outdated. Fire alarm went off for a half hour for no reason, staff never came around to explain what was happening.
