"It had friendly staff, clean rooms, horrible breakfast choices, and no snacks in vending machines."

The breakfast was not worth anything. And the vending machines were empty.

"Gross cleaning service in front of guests at bkfst"

The first morning we ate breakfast (24th) as we were in the breakfast room I witnessed a female cleaning the area. She used a rag to scrub at the floor in front of the coffee machine. Nothing unusual, but I kept watching. She then stood up, rinsed out the rag then immediately started to wipe down the outside of the microwave and then the inside of the microwave! I was appalled by then, but of course, she wasn’t even done. Then she wiped off the entire counter top. This was the same rag she had used to scrub THE FLOOR!! We chose not to eat the free breakfast the rest of our stay. This was the second time we’ve booked at this hotel, planned on booking in the future, but this truly makes you wonder how the rooms are cleaned if this is how they clean the breakfast area.
