Check-in was quick, easy and very friendly. Excellent amenities, rooms and location. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had to move out of two rooms before we got into our final room (thermostat issue & cable issue) but the staff was very accommodating during our stay.

Excellent breakfast. Quick check in snd check out. Plenty of parking. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet at night so it was easy to sleep.

The bed sheets were stained upon arrival, setting the tone for our stay. The thermostat in our room was also broken, making it impossible to adjust the temperature for comfort. When we visited the pool and hot tub, it became clear that something was wrong with the chemical levels. Shortly after entering, several members of our party and other hotel guests began coughing. We reported this to the front desk, but the response was dismissive: “It’s just the hot tub jets.” We also noticed another guest vaping right next to the hot tub, which could have affected the chemical balance. One member of our group experienced shortness of breath and even vomited shortly afterward, while others had bloodshot eyes. When we reported the vaping incident to the front desk, the staff member replied, “I don’t know how to do my job, I’m bad at confrontation. If you want me to say something, I can try, or you can say something.” The staff showed no concern for the situation, even as guests exited the pool coughing and with visible irritation. Between the stained sheets, the broken thermostat, and the lack of response to serious health concerns at the pool, this stay was incredibly disappointing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you need.

Although older, very clean property and well maintained. Remodeled bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Clean pool area, comfortable lobby. Walk to campus or restaurants. One drawback was the light from parking lot shining all night into the window as the curtains were not darkening.

The staff was very friendly and the property and room were very clean. The breakfast was very good. However, this is an old property and it has not been refurbished. The carpet and the couch look worn and dated.
