"Affordable rooms but in need of maintenance and increased water pressure"

The facility was conveniently located and the breakfast was good.

The mattresses were not very comfortable and we didn’t sleep well. The desk chair was so flimsy you couldn’t sit back without the feeling of falling over. The water pressure in the shower was so restrictive that it came out in a very weak trickle.

The noise . No one explained that it was under renovations . The manager wasn’t nice at all when I accepted about no microwaves in the rooms .

I did not get her name but the young woman at the front desk was exceptional! I had stayed the weekend before and the bed was very uncomfortable. When I returned the following week she made sure I was very comfortable. Very nice experience.

"Great visit to Asheville"

Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. My room was right next to the elevator but there was no problem with noise.

I had a suite but their was only AC in the bedroom.
