Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn

The room was fine but there was a loud banging above my room till about 9 or 10pm the it finally stopped.

The noise. And then i was charged for another might after i checked out and had to cancel my credit card as it was considered a fraud charge. That was an inconvenience.

We stayed a couple of nights at the Clocktower Inn recently. Once we got the measure of the place, it was a doddle. We had an upstairs room, 221, and parked our car in the lot immediately below. It was a great room, very spacious and underfloor heating in the bathroom. We did lots of exploring while we were in Billings: the Riverfront Park (with Lake Josephine) was lovely, shopping in and around Billings, a wander along the historic section of Montana Avenue and a stop at the Montana Brewing Co. The MBC was great a definitely recommended too. We had breakfast in Stella's Kitchen. You get a voucher for each day to redeem for your breakfast. Loads of choice and a tasty start to the day. A shout out for Jennifer who checked us in and out at the Clocktower Inn, who was incredibly pleasant and friendly! A lovely, local place to stay in Billings.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so friendly welcoming and helpful. The hotel has its own laundry with a change service which was so handy to us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. Was a great location and the staff held onto our bags at no cost from checkout untill the time we were picked up for our tour which really made our day.

Great hotel. Breakfast at Stella’s was wonderful and convenient. Everything is in walking distance downtown; wonderful restaurants and breweries.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast next door was excellent.

Air conditioner was very noisy. Heard voices and thumps from adjacent rooms late into the night. Downtown property was tight with limited parking. Staff was friendly. Breakfast at Stella’s Kitchen & Bakery was very good.
