The breakfast appliances was so old, the technology was far behind 5. There’s no indoor parking area, only outdoor

The staff were nice and helpful ... really excellent. The property has a very unique and picturesque look ... it's made to look like traditional Toraja houses and that made it a special experience. So we had a great view from the balcony (see photos). The breakfast had sufficient variety and was of acceptable quality. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service into town since the hotel is a little far out (which makes for the nice scenery, of course ... no complaint there).

This hotel has seen better times. The hotel photos show two functioning billiards tables, which was going to be a bonus for my wife and I. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered those photos were very old and neither pool table now works. The whole place (including the rooms) has an old, tired feel to it and needs to be freshened up ... even the mattress in the room felt like it was ready to be replaced. This must have been a fantastic place at its peak. (Also, the first room they put us in was not cleaned properly, but they quickly moved us to another room and we were thankful for that). We were there for a few days over Christmas, so that may have also been an issue, but the spa and bar were never operational and the souvenir shop was always closed.

Spacious rooms built in the style of the traditional tongkonans, spacious bathrooms, good landscaping. Friendly and helpful staff.

There is a church (or some other gathering venue) that blasted music at very loud, mostly intolerable, volumes late into the night, sometimes until about 11 pm. Also, parts of the hotel feel dated and seem to be in need of maintenance and upkeep.
