Second time staying here, staff is friendly and place is clean. Would stay here again when visiting VT.

Easy check in. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to a great restaurant

Our toilet would not flush properly. We called the front desk about the issue and they wanted us to come down to the desk and get a plunger to fix the problem. We asked if someone could fix the problem and that was the solution. When we asked about moving to another room, they wanted to have us pay an upcharge since there were no rooms left like ours, only an upgraded room. We refused and sat in disbelief that they were not willing to take care of a guest with this type of problem. They came up to plunge the toilet themselves, but the toilet still did not work properly. We saw another guest in the elevator with a plunger in his hands, so we were not the only ones experiencing this problem. We will never stay here again because of the poor management, not caring about the guests, and having to stay in a room with a non-functioning toilet.

Hotel was old and dated. Rooms need a serious upgrade . TV had no remote and was told by front desk unable to get new remote. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel !

The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean enough, but just old. The bathroom also had some rust but it wasn’t dirty. Since it’s a pet friendly hotel, they could use some more outside areas to walk them (on leash). The breakfast, while free, wasn’t good. All processed junk basically.
