"Worst place ever !!!"

Nothing really

We actually didn't stay once we had looked around the apartment it wasn't for us . Multiple things weren't upto standard . The mattress was very poor quality!! All the utensils ( very little) were very old and grubby. There was 3 armchairs with covers over them to make them look reasonable massive fail they looked awful. I could go on and on ! The photos do not reflect what you actually get. I complained and asked for a redund but that was a NO We ended up having to stay in the Inn on the square which cost an extra 550 pounds for the 3 days. Thankfully the hotel stored our food we had bought for our stay. Lesson learnt! Don't Not Stay Here ! Booking.com will not help you either. They said they couldn't do anything because the owner wasn't responding to their calls! Dreadful service! Unfortunately I can't upload all the pics I had taken to warn others and show you guys what it is like in real life not Photoshop world!!

Close to town. Parking. Clean.

No TV reception.As i was solo traveller was looking forward to a chilled evening watching tv as it was dark and raining.

Clean apartment close to Keswick town centre

Bed is broken and slopes to one side. Shower is completely useless. There not enough equipment to cook for yourself and the oven is rubbish

You could walk into town

Unclean, poor condition, broken items, stains on carpets, cobwebs everywhere, dirt in the bath and sink, ancient and discoloured towels, photos misleading, extremely poor accommodation
