DIRTY UNCAPPED DRUG NEEDLE INBETWEEN BED AND NIGHTSTAND. Manager downplayed and accused me of possibly staging them to get reduced rate! Beware!
A bit tricky to find the entry driveway. The check in process was very inefficient and slow. Check in staff were not friendly or particularly helpful. Computers not working for 40 min. The room was fine but smelled of cleaning solution. One very thin blanket on the bed. Pool looked nice but it was raining and cold. Breakfast was better than expected, with a good selection.
The front desk lady was very nice only after I told her 3 times that I was preregistered and prepaid. The breakfast was really bad eggs were watery sausage was over microwaved, bananas were extremely cold I could say more but the room was awful
Easy place to stay
Sink leaked onto the floor. Bathroom doorknob was barely attached, loose. Room was comfortable and convenient. Polite front desk folks.
I chose this hotel because I wanted to have the continental breakfast provided. They should tell ppl that they are not currently providing it so customers can make in informed choice! Transparency matters!
The first room we got had bloody stains on one of the beds between the sheets. All corners of the room and bathroom were dirty. After getting a second room it was dirty as well. Caulking coming off everywhere in the bathroom. Something stuck on the nightstand between the bed.
The room had a flea infestation. We requested a second room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We checked out within about 20 minutes of checking in. The woman who worked the front desk did her best and was polite. No complaints about her. I did get a refund.
Fast check in. Smelt like dog a little
Staff was very courteous & helpful. Clean, comfortable king bed., good location for travel, shopping, restaurants, has pool, breakfast room, parking. Some freeway noise.
