"Disappointing"

They wanted us to wait 2 hours to be able to check-in as they were still cleaning rooms. Hardly anyone spoke English. Breakfast the next morning that we had prepaid for, was a disappointment. One person taking orders and bringing out food and drinks. It took over an hour to be served. They were extremely understaffed. I would not book at this hotel again.

"Service was less than expected "

The condition of the hotel was good and the rooms were clean. However, I was very disappointed with the hotel restaurant. We sat in the restaurant for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The other patrons had similar experiences. We left and went and went to another restaurant since we were under time constraints. I stay at hotels around Salt Lake several time a year. I will likely avoid this hotel in the future.
