The staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the stay was great. The only thing that was a little off was they didnt have Netflix or a smart TV options though they did have HBO but with kids its nice to have Netflix or to be able to stream to the TV. Very clean and again the staff were all great. If they can upgrade the elevators and some of the work out equipment it wouldve been a 10/10 but I would give them a solid 8/10 and definitely worth the stay.

The bathroom had a strange odor. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioners noise almost surpassed the noise of the hourly trains that passed right next to our window. One elevator was broken so it took a lot longer to get up to the 5th floor. Woke up more tired and sore than we went to bed.

The staff was extremely friendly. Great location.

The food was disgusting. Very thin bacon, eggs were mushy. Both days. Tasted horrible. Had the worst breakfast potatoes I've ever had. Ran out of French toast sticks. The extra bedding for the pullout Had period stains on it. Absolutley disgusting. Staff did help us out quickly and discreetly but was not offered anything for having that in our room. That was going to be for my daughter. I had made the bed with the sheets that were in the package of bedding. Pulled the comforter out and there it was. About a 4 inch stain. Very disgusted that was put in there. And annoyed that we didnt get anything other than a very quick apology and new bedding. Something like that should warrant a free night stay. I never ask or look for reasons to take advantage of things. But that was nasty.

Booked in advance, nothing was mentioned about the hotel being under construction. Rooms were clean, however when I arrived the king/bed previously reserved, I was told there were none available.
