305호에서 3박하였습니다. 해당 객실은 온수가 나오지 않았습니다. 전화로 물어보니 이전부터 문제가 있던 업장에서는 다른 객실(다운그레이드)로 옮기는 것과 판매하지 않는 객실(욕조내부에 녹이 슬어있으며 맨발로 밟아야 하고 거울에 흰색의 물 스케일이 끼어있어 형태만 알아 볼 수 있음, 담배냄새가 너무 나서 공기청정기가 심하게 작동함)에서의 샤워 두가지 선택지를 주었습니다. 투숙객이 아닌 호텔의 문제로 투숙객이 지불한 가격보다 낮은 가치의 서비스를 받는 것이 맞는 지 다시한 번 확인해야할 사항입니다. 주변에 모텔(10개 이상) 및 안마방 키스방(2곳 이상 확인됨)이 있습니다. 조식은 무난하게 나오며 라면기계가 구비되어 있으나 3일동안 메뉴가 변경되지 않았습니다.

전만적으로 깨끗하고 편했다. 하지만 세면대와 샤워장 배수가 않되 어려움을 겪었다. 연락하니 바로 조치를 취한 것은 좋았다.
