Proximity to the mall and very clean.

We booked a family unit, which was spacious and comfortable. However, I would recommend upgrading the furniture in the lounge area, as it is stained and uncomfortable. The couch does not adequately support adult weight and sinks when you sit on it because it is VERY old. The kitchen was also infested with ants. While I understand this may be a common issue during this season, I would suggest arranging proper pest control.
