The location was good. Great restaurants close by.

The TV didn't work in any of the 3 room they checked for us. In room coffee pot was stolen by previous guest. The phone didn't work in our room and there were diesel trucks parked behind our room and the fumes seaped in. I am a very short person. The beds are so high because of the metal base they were on it was extremely difficult for me to climb in it. No exaggeration! Didn't like having to check in on a kiosk when there where actual people there to assist. They were not willing to give a discount for the inconvenience.

Check in was lengthy. It was later in the evening, all done by kios. Hard to understand the individual. Was placed in a pet room even though we did not have pets. Traveling with my husband and two children. The room smelled of urine. Very hard to sleep. Loud music and partying going on outside. Dirt and scratches all over the floors and doors. T v was not working. When i called the same night that we stayed about the issues that I was having.They wanted to move us rooms.However kids were asleep. And addressed it with a person in the morning was told.There was nothing that they could do about it.Because I booked online. Basically, the worst hotel experience ever had.And i've traveled for a living.

It was hard to find with all the road construction. No one at the desk, had to use the kiosk to check in. They put us on the second floor, I had camera equipment I didn't want to leave in the car. No 6 so had to take 3 trips up and down the stairs to get my gear to the room. After we unloaded gear in the room, we left for dinner. 3 doors 2 police officers were knocking on the door. The room.... the toilet seat is so loose, it feels like you're going to fall off, the sink is cracked and barely drains, the vents in the bathroom are rusted, the towels look like they're used and the door to the room has been kicked in. You can almost push the door open when it's locked from the outside. Don't feel safe or able to leave my equipment in the room. The smell in the room is very musky! We have the room for two nights. Thinking we might find a different hotel for the second night.

They should call it the black mold hotel. The room was full of mold. The idiot that I had to deal with to get out of there Trying to give me another room, it's 1/3 rate dump full of mold, don't waste your time or money or risk your health! Not only did a wall have black mold growing all up and down it, we found two bugs crawling around one in the bathroom one across the TV stand. And the door frame had been split from somebody breaking in! I have photos.

Parking was tough with all the U-Hauls they had in the parking lot (Place appears to Doubles as UHaul Rental Facility), Internet Didn't Work, Television Didn't work, Room Smelled, No Person only a Kiosk at the front. Requested Wake up call and didn't get it, Didn't like that the Room Keys were left out on desk for my arrival, the locks were sketchy on the room and looks like room has been broken into before on door frame.
