Location

Facilities were very average Noisy rooms but above all, no Breakfast offered whatsoever. Inflexibility in booking (I needed to extend my stay for one day and it was not possible)!

Room was good, comfortable beds, very clean. Early check in was appreciated.

Paid for a room with breakfast , but breakfast wasn't availabe in the way I was expecting, it was an order and pay at the hotel cafe that could be offset against the resort fee. Still waitng for a refund on this, as I paid for something not available.
