USLocation was fantastic. Steps away from the village. Front desk staff was extremely responsive. Loved the hotel bar/restaurant. We also love the loft setup for having kids.
I had to ask every day to have the room made up. It was supposed to be done automatically but never happened that way. We had a fridge in the room but it wasn't very cold...had to put things outside to get them cold. They've done some renovations but should have completed it by redoing the doors & bathroom vanities...was a miss. Pillows were very hard. Last...there is a parking charge. The wording made it sound as if one spot was included in your stay. Not so. It is $40/day. The front desk was able to drop that down a bit due to the confusing language.

Rooms are really small for a family of 4. There should be dryers on site to dry wet clothes from the snow. There should be more hooks and hangers in the rooms to hang gear to dry. Beds should be slightly higher to allow for luggage to be stored under the beds.
