My stay at Gravity Haus was one I would emphatically recommend. The sense of community was woven into every aspect of my stay, from early access to amenities, to the staff's curated knowledge of timely local events, and ultimately, to the camaraderie I found with engaging and like-minded clientele in the common areas. It felt like a concept that lives its ethos. I also want to commend Paula for helping make the experience truly exceptional. Not only was she incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience met my expectations when I arrived, she also did this answering questions over the phone in the days leading up to my stay. Every interaction with her was a pleasure. Paula is a true asset to the Gravity Haus team, and her outstanding presence is a primary reason I will return.

USLocation was impeccable- quiet little enclave backed up against the Steamboat main square and gondola. Hotel itself is absolutely abysmal. It looks like it was a full property takeover from the previous inn, and my gosh, you can tell. The rooms are shabby (and not in a chic way) and soundproofing is a suggestion, at this point. My room was dirty and uninspiring, as was the rest of the hotel. Toilet water started leaking through the ceiling around 12a on my last night. One of, if not the worst, Gravity Haus locations. Barely any amenities and shoddy. Woof.
Everything. The price being charged for these accommodations vs what is being offered is criminal activity, at this point. False advertising, and lack of true care.

Front desk person was a not helpful and seemed put out by our questions. Not very hospitable. Soap I shower doesn’t work. Bar tender was busy talking to friends.
