"5 star motel would definitely stay again!"

Manager and staff were extremely nice excellent customer service loved they had free breakfast and a microwave and refrigerator in room and mostly loved they had a washer and dryer free for your needs

We were asked to pay a $20 fee for parking a truck which I didn’t see that on description when booking room

the bed was really comfortable has a pool for warmer months

really unkept elevator floor, dirty, had wadded up dirty napkin garbage on the floor, staff rode the elevator and ignored it

Good location. Breakfast was served until 10am on the weekends. They had a good variety of food for breakfast, including eggs and sausage.

Had some trouble with the AC. I think they put the sensor in the wrong place. The half of the room with the thermometer was hot and the side with the AC unit was freezing. The tub drain was clogged with a sh!t ton of hair. The tub kept filling up when we took showers.

"Decent value hotel, need a little more maintenance and staff training"

Very basic breakfast. Dinning room was clean. They had an upscale coffee machine (unusual to hotel of this standard) giving you several options to choose your hot beverages. Ample juices. Brown bread was also available. Enough parking all the time, During my four days of stay i did not find any difficulty at any time of the day to find a decent parking spot

They were bringing food in smaller quantites filling the serving dishes like putting kind of reguator or breaks to the usage. Though it gives bad feeling. They installed a very good coffee machine but the content was a little sub standard. Smell in front of the elevator hallway in the building we were staying. Also stingent smell on our floor perhaps coming from the stair side. When we arrived, no one was on the counter. When we ask "anybody available" loudly. Voice came from dinning hall, wait please. The road layouts to come to the hotel was bit tricky. Third day we learnt it so for a day tripper it could be inconveinet.
