Location. Close to everything and everywhere. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were so friendly. The room was very clean.

Please please please fix the fan. It was so loud and and didn’t do its job besides. To spend time in there putting my makeup on and so forth with that thing blaring away was torture. I beg of you for the next person! Otherwise the bed was heavenly and things were very peaceful and super clean. Thank you!

"An overall nice stay!"

Breakfast was great, hot tub was nice, fitness center was nice, professional and friendly staff, evening cookies really nice!

Fitness center had a couple leaks, but no big deal; pool wasn't heated ; but again, not a deal breaker.

"Overall a good hotel, but needs improvement."

Decent size room, good shower, good bed, good heat and air-conditioning control.

Parking spaces are too narrow and a lot of construction workers stay there with huge vans and pickup trucks and they don't honor the markings for the spaces. The breakfast room was freezing cold and hadn't had heat for 6 days and it was still not working at the end of my four night stay. I complained at checkout and was told by the clerk that they couldn't do anything about an adjustment in the charges and that I would have to contact the manager. Unfortunately, I was boarding a cruise ship 3 hours after I checked out and no time to deal further with my complaint.

"Four disappointing nights"

Breakfast ok, pool large but unheated, staff nice but ineffective. Hotel near freeway but quiet.

We chose hotel for location and pool. Pool was not heated so unable to exercise. The bed was so awfully soft. It felt like dozens of Olympians had used as a tampoline. I woke up with pains everywhere. They had no other rooms so they put in a board and invited me to sleep on pull out but left no linens. It was hardly the solution. We were so looking forward to our stay. I have never slept in such an uncomfortable bed.

"Tour of San Francisco"

Clean, large rooms. Free breakfast. Great value.

The building where breakfast was being served was not heated. It was November in northern Cali. Everyone was eating in coats, hats, gloves, etc.
