Best Western Green Tree Inn

Good location close to freeway; not exactly what I expected; was hoping for roll-in shower; room was ok; room was clean; bed was comfortable; quiet environment; b'fast was ok. I've travelled enough to get a feeling for a place when I walk in. I won't return here. Nothing really bad stands out, but neither was anything exceptional or worth my considering a return visit.

Price

Once I arrived they informed me that there were no available rooms. There was a glitch on booking.com that allowed me to book. They told me they would cancel it and I would be refunded. That was wrong I had to call booking.com because they never reported it canceled. I did receive money back.

Clean and comfortable, convenient and close to a number of places to eat.

Nice place if you don't mind bed bugs.

The room was full of bed bugs. I got no refund or anything. Had to catch a plane, but told on message, and the hotel stopped responding after 2 messages. No refund or even a "we are sorry but we can't give you a refund". Be sure to tell them about the bed bugs before leaving.
