All 3 nights of our stay, there were issues with people screaming in the hallways from midnight to four a.m. in the morning. Despite telling night clerk each morning. Not sure if their security cameras worked or not, but night clerk should have definitely heard the screaming

Information isn't very forthcoming and feels a little scammy with how they charge your card. They say it's just a $100 charge for incidentals but that authorize different amounts of money to your card throughout your stay with no heads up, explanation, break down and don;t get me started on asking for an itemized receipt. I booked directly with La Quinta no third party nonsense.

"ROACH INFESTED"

ROACHES!!!!! Had to leave at 2am. Roaches scurried when I turned on the light -- GROSS!!!!! Siuldn't be happening in the year 2026!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

"Exceptional"

The room was on the first floor which was something I expressed not to happen. Tiara recommended that she will change the room to a different floor if I would prefer. Just this small adjusted made the stay more enjoyable. She went through the process with a smile on her face and made me feel that more comfortable.

I felt my expressed concern for not having a room on the first floor was ignored.
