객실 내부가 어두운 편, 침대는 하드한 편이나 잠자기에불편하진 않음, 화장대에선 약간 냄새가 났다. 방에 안마의자와 드레서가 있었다. 조식 티켓 2장 구매했는데 당일 한정이란 말을 못들었었으나 시간이 지났다고 환불, 도시락 싸주는 것등 안된다 해서 실망이 좀 됐다. 이 날짜에 진주에서 가장 비싼 호텔이여서 예약했는데…실망이 좀 되었다. 기념일이라 갔는데..기념일이라 가는건 비추, 출장이리면 오케이
테스크 직원이 많이 친절해서 좋았습니다 방음도 잘 되어있고 무엇보다 주차공간에 여유가 있어서 다른 호텔보다 분명 편한 부분이 있었습니다
객실은 깨끗합니다. 침구 매우 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 방금 잘 되고, 소파 책상 등도 편안합니다. 다만 욕실 청소는 신경 써야 합니다. 욕실에 락스 냄새가 좀 납니다. 샤워부스 안쪽 벽면과 아래 부분 곰팡이가 제법 있네요.

혁신도시 가까이 있어 편리하고 주변에 갈 곳도 많으나 직원의 서비스 태도와 말투는 조금 불편했습니다. 화장실도 깨꿋하지 않았고 수건도 좀 오래된 듯한데 앞으로 개선되어 지길 기대해 봅니다.
