Room was nice as was the bathroom. Liked the mini split a/c. Did not like the fact that there is no elevator. A staff member helped take our things upstairs which was appreciated.

"Best Western has rude check-in staff and outrageous prices that the quality of rooms don't match."

The front desk pushed joining Best Western and then had the nerve to charge us $25 extra for signing in early. This was particularly bad when the room cost about $375 for one night.
