"Decent motel in downtown Ventura"

Location was great - close to the beach and to the restaurants on Main Street. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Check-in and check-out were both fast and efficient and the staff were friendly.
The noise of trains passing is noticeable, although this appears to stop overnight. The room outlook is a bit grim given the location - looking out onto the car park.

Clean, comfy bed Very Nice breakfast!
Drain flies, smell of sewage in bathroom sometimes Lots of work trucks were there staying as guests , so it was super loud early in am, and the floors above me were very loud because of the flooring
