I recently stayed for a day on the Cost Houseboat in Alleppey, Kerala, and the experience was truly memorable. Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again.
We had a great time on this trip. The food was excellent. The crew was very attentive and we had a lot of fun dancing and singing. I highly recommend using Upperdeck Houseboats for your next trip.
