"Great service and clean environment"

Yes it was safe and clean for solo travellers

The staff were really helpful especially Mr. Ganesh was exceptional in his service. I would definitely recommend this stay in Sheffield one of the best ones.

Absolutely terrible based on the fact it was a 33 degree heatwave with 0 air conditioning, extremely uncomfortable especially based on the purpose of our trip requiring day time sleep which was impossible and extremely uncomfortable

Smooth checkin. Parking nearby prebooked quick to enter and was very secure Quite convenient for tramway stop

No air conditioning though the unit in the room had controls that looked like AC but was only a heater.

Room is quite comfortable. Staff attention is excellent. I forgot my phone charger and staff allowed me to charge my phone at the helpdesk

Breakfast could improve. I've stayed in other Ibis budget in the UK and breakfast has been better
