The location

Sound insulation should be improved both between the rooms and the corridor, and between neighbouring rooms. My shower was leaking, and although I reported it and requested that it be repaired, the issue was never fixed. The breakfast room is very busy, and there are not enough staff to refill the food and keep the buffet area clean and tidy.
