I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a significant issue during my stay at your hotel. I am currently a guest in Room 227, and since approximately 11:30 PM tonight, the room has been subjected to extremely loud music emanating from the bar directly below. When I contacted reception at around 1:00 AM, I was informed that this is considered “normal” for this room due to its location above the bar. While I understand the layout of the hotel, I find it wholly unacceptable that this critical information was not disclosed at check-in. Had I been properly informed, I would have requested a different room. The only solution offered to us was a pair of earplugs — which, with respect, does not address the issue and falls far short of the standard of hospitality I expected from a hotel of this caliber. This is our last night in Helsinki, and what should have been a restful conclusion to our trip has been entirely disrupted. I would kindly ask that you: 1. Acknowledge the failure in your check-in process for rooms above the bar, 2. Offer an appropriate gesture of goodwill (e.g., a refund) I look forward to your response and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

Everything that mattered. Room, location and breakfast were spot on and the staff were lovely

Women can only use the sauna between 4-6pm

ロケーション：駅,トラム,ストックマン百貨店,大聖堂,有名ブランド店などの中心地からとても近く利便性が高い。　　フロント：親切丁寧で施設の予約に手間取った時には、直接連絡してくれて大いに助けてくれた。　　朝食：質,量,豊富な種類,味のいずれも良かった。スタッフも朝早くから笑顔でサービスしてくれて心地よく食事できた。　　　　施設：部屋にバスタブはなかったが、館内に時間制のサウナがあってとてもリラックス出来た。　コーヒーメーカーの種類が豊富だった。　ヘルシンキに行ったら次回も必ず宿泊します。
