Main part of the room was functional, nad nicely presented. Nice ot have access to an out door garden area and ability to open to fresh air

Room (and bathroom in partcular) are getting pretty tired. Condition of Garden area outside was abysmal. Dead plants, uncared for. Looks like it hasn't been touched in years. Needs complete overhaul.
