La manière dont le profeionnel a essayé de gérer le problème rencontré. A su garder son calme

Le fait que nous sommes arrivées à 22h30, après avoir fait le check-in le matin même et qu'on nous disent qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre pour nous. En insistant et en mentionnant que l'hôtel avait essayé de me contacter pour me le dire ( pas d'appel sur mon téléphone) . Ils avaient subooker leur hôtel.

Oui déjeuner impeccable

L'hotel était surbooké, il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible, après une attente interminable (2h) nous avons reçu une chambre vers minuit dans une état plutôt passable.
