"Excellent"

The pool was excellent. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was set up well for a dog. The only reason I didn’t rate it as excellent was because the water in the shower constantly dripped and there was no water pressure. I will stay here again if I travel to Memphis.

The Lady at the desk was amazing. I know this a business hotel but it’s not their business who I’m having come visit other than being nosey. It’s amazing and I will be coming back. With my business partner..lol

This place was great. I had read the mixed reviews before I booked but thought we would take a chance. And I'm Glad we did. I know they this hotel has recently been refurbished from top to bottom. I don't know, but maybe this accounts for some of the recent reviews. POSITIVES: * rooms were good. Clean and modern. 2 tvs in the room. Very spacious. Lovely shower. * breakfast was good. Plenty variety to choose from. * the biggest plus for me. The 2 guys that were there every day were great hosts. I don't know if they were married bor brother and sister but they could not do enough for cus. Extremely helpful and polite. NEGATIVES: * nothing to do with the hotel as I knew before we booked but it's 21km from downtown memphis

Front desk employee ask me how many individuals would be staying with me although it states one on the booking. He asked how many visitors would be coming by in a very thick accent. Sound like he said i could not have visitors after a certain time. I replied im leaving 3 am to catch a flight by home. Nice hotel but too many weird questions for me.
