Rooms are dingy. There is no hot tub as advertised. They did not do room cleaning when requested. No luggage trolley when I checked in late.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at the DoubleTree, Driza. Tonight she was working the front desk completely on her own while handling at least 10 separate parties in line, and honestly, she handled it better than most teams of multiple people could. What could have easily turned into a stressful and frustrating situation for guests was the complete opposite because of her professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude. She moved through the line quickly while still making every guest feel acknowledged and taken care of. Even under pressure, she remained calm, friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. In today’s world, exceptional customer service truly stands out, and Driza absolutely represents the brand in the best way possible. Employees like her are a major reason guests return and continue supporting the DoubleTree brand. I just wanted to make sure her hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Driza, for your amazing customer service, positive attitude, and for turning what could have been a difficult night into a great experience for everyone.

I was upgraded to a large room on top floor with a nice view of the bay. Location the airport, not much around but there is a pretty trail by the water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially those in the restaurant. Loved the peloton in the gym.

Room was good but bathroom did not feel very clean on arrival (hairs in sink, in shower). Breakfast is not completely included — you get a voucher for a set amount and need to pay over that, but this was reconciled by the desk which I appreciated.

Duche do quarto não era estável, tanto estava água quente como fria. Dizia ter pequeno-almoço incluído e deram um voucher de 18$ que nem para um pequeno-almoço inteiro da. Pior mesmo foi ter que pagar 40$ para ter o carro estacionado na rua. Ridículo. Como hóspede do hotel senti-me muito mal recebido.
