"This room 28 was absolutely disgusting. Smelled BAD! Toilet problem, wet damp bedding, over charged."

Everything. Biggest mistake to stay there! Room smelled absolutely disgusting; cigarette or dope and mold, 2 green bugs on the bed, toilet would not flush until holding handle down on second attempt, ALL of the bedding was completely wet with dampness in the room. Should be reported to Health department or licensing board. Overcharged!!' Ventilation dirty/outdated/loud. Windows sealed shut!

Staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable and I love the location. Perfect to walk anywhere downtown.

The breakfast selection was really non existent. Maybe add a few more options. Also it is taking a very long time to finish renovations. I was there in July and they still had the same amount of work to do. There also was no snack vending machine as listed (water leak in room where it was supposed to be).
