The staff WAS THE BEST. They try to fix all your problems. Food was good. the pool was warm and pleasant. The bedroom was big and clean. the location was only 15 minutes away from the University to visit my granddaughter reason for our trip.

the room was cool and the heating system did not work well. Breakfast was good not great. this is the reason i rated it poor, not good for disable people who would like to use the pool. I call hotel and ask if there were steps to get to the poolroom and they told me no. When i got there there was 7 steps into the pool room and 5 more to the gym. This i dislike very much my legs don't work well on steps and any good the pool did was undone by the stairs .
