Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence

Very nice and well kept hotel. Employees friendly and very helpful on arrival especially Danny. Fresh coffee available. Room was secure and quiet. Parking was safe and well lit. Room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was decent, check out was easy and quick. Will visit here again

Everything was good except that my husbands bike got stolen. I feel like y'all need more security.

This visit was not as pleasant as before. My husband and I visited here because we were visiting our church for Fellowship Weekend. The check-in process was fine. My husband needed to get something from the car and he stopped at the front desk to tell the clerk that the lamp on the right side next to the divider did not work. The desk clerk told him that we can just switch side's. My husband told him that we can just switch side's and that he's supposed to accommodate the customers. After hearing what happened, I have decided not to visit here anymore because I did not feel comfortable anymore, especially as a valued customer. Plus, I found a vape container at the head of the bed on the left side on the mattress. The sheets were turned inside out as well.

The shower makes weird noises, the staff is ENTIRELY rude especially the manager. I also seen several bugs throughout the building.
