"Very unfancy, very clean accomodations."

Yeah, I know - Motel 6 has a certain reputation, and sometimes well deserved - but not in this case. This facility is either new, or very well maintained. Rooms are clean, nice bed and TV. Good work space with appropriate plugs. No breakfast, just coffee, but there are restaurants very close by. Convenient location, just off I-85 but far enough away that noise is minimized. 2 floors, no elevator so if stairs are an issue make sure you have a ground level floor. Inside hallway, also unusual for Motel 6.

It was a little scary in the parking lot. It looked like people were sleeping in their cars in the area was a little sketchy, but the room was great.

Hard to get too, facelift looks good outside, many dogs and room I had was a bit stinky. Inside was decent but remnants of old building was apparent. Great if you have a dog. Have been in much worse.
