Nous sommes déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, toujours à notre satisfaction. Chambre et salle de bains conformes à nos attentes, à la propreté impeccable : bravo au personnel d'entretien, qui s'adapte aussi à nos demandes, puisque nous sommes restés plusieurs jours. Très bon petit déjeuner, dans un emplacement entouré de verdure extérieure naturelle. Le personnel, que nous avons déjà rencontré précédemment, nous reconnait, toujours très amical et attentionné : Bravo!

Un seul bémol : la télévision dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement, même quasi pas du tout. Nous aurions apprécié de suivre les informations internationales le soir. A la réception, on nous a proposé de changer de chambre, mais ce n'était pas une solution valable pour nous, étant bien installés pour notre séjour.

"Cet endroit répondait parfaitement à nos attentes."

La localisation est parfaite : le cadre avec accès direct au bois pour se balader, le calme, l'accessibilité et le parking à disposition tout en étant à 1km à pied du centre de LLN. L'accueil est rapide et soigné, le personnel accueillant et discret.

Les chambres sont très propres et confortables mais elle mériteraient d'être modernisées. Le petit déjeuner fait le job sans être exceptionnel.

La situation de l'hôtel, l'accessibilité, le petit déjeuner et surtout l'espace dans la chambre familiale.

Un manque de communication de la réception et du service technique pour un simple problème de télévision que j'ai fini par régler moi même.

Le petit déjeuner était très varié. La situation géographique permet de rejoindre n'importe quelle direction. L'hôtel est situé dans un parc et c'est très pratique pour se garer et de plus en retrait de la grand route, il fait très calme.

Dommage qu'il n'ait pas de frigo dans la chambre. L'insonorisation n'est pas top !!!
