Private parking next to hotel, We liked the location: short walking distance from grocery, coffee shops, downtown but a little bit away from the biggest crowds, big room size

"Still awaiting promise refund !"

hotel was fine and is about 10 mins stroll to town . No issues with actual hotel. But still waiting for our £135 “incidentals” payment paid on booking in on 11/05 to be refunded as promised. Tried to contact hotel to see what’s happened and cannot find an active direct email anywhere !!! Not impressed at all
